Community Tasting Notes 10

October 21, 2013 - My cork was falling apart at the bottom and wine tasted off. Let it sit for hours. Did not improve.

July 5, 2013 - Drinking very well now and tastes much younger than it actually is. Deep black fruits and spicy Syrah notes. Should hold up well for another 10 years.

July 16, 2012 - Good fruit with some spice. Smooth with a full mouth feel. Is starting to fade, so don't hold on too much longer.

April 17, 2012 - Has held up well. Still good fruit (mostly black) with strong pepper and a bit of earthiness from the age. Drinking very nicely right now.

August 17, 2011 - This is drinking wonderfully now. Great fruit, full-bodied, with a strong note of earthiness.
