March 15, 2016 - Another Casual Burgundy Dinner (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Ripe aromas come across as leathery and tired with slightly burnt spice. Similar flavors with good fruit concentration, just slightly tired. Revisited several times over several hours, and while it changed with more air, it never really became more interesting.
