April 20, 2016 - Deep bluey purple. Exotic nose of burnt sugar, coffee beans and minerals. Very ripe and concentrated but not fruity. Oak has fully integrated. Still has pronounced structure. Fine tannins. Still a little drying. Complex, energetic and long finish that won't let go, somewhat reminiscent of balsamic. Super sexy!
