September 20, 2023 - This bottle really surprised. Nothing flawed or tired about it at 28. Aired briefly and it was quickly open for biz. Balance, medium body, no fruit left but good core. Much enjoyed
May 6, 2023 - Didn’t expect much here. But this bottle was actually pretty decent from the get go. Solid aged Italian wine that held up for 3hrs (slow ox). Pleasantly surprised.

March 10, 2023 - My second bottle of this vintage was different from the first one. This one still had a bit of red fruit left and was not so rusty in flavor. It was also too acidic, to the point of me wondering if it had somewhat vinegarized. Not really enjoyable, but some others at my table still seemed to enjoy it over the entry level restaurant bottle it was competing with.
January 4, 2023 - Solid aged Italian. A bit lean. 12.5% abv. Probably better a few years ago. Drink up.
July 10, 2022 - Really like this . At maturity. Drinking well slightly chilled in summer
December 9, 2021 - Nope.
November 29, 2021 - Expectations were low given the notes of others. But all round our table really enjoyed this wine. Well aged with secondary notes but retaining core, good color in glass and complexity en bouche. A pleasure, but one not to delay. Will proceed to enjoy the others and hope that bottle variation doesn't mar the experience
October 12, 2021 - This one was pretty harsh, turpentine note is overwhelming - maybe a bad bottle given other notes.
