  April 6, 2015 - Giallo dorato. Vendemmia tardiva. Alla cieca potrebbe essere scambiato per un Gewurztraminer alsaziano, tanta è l' aromaticità esotica e mielosa che ti investe al naso. In bocca è untuoso, dolciastro ed esotico, ma ha una magica acidità che fa quasi scomparire il legno ( tra l' altro ormai ben integrato), i 14,5 gradi alcolici e il lieve residuo zuccherino.
  Finale molto persistente giocato tra l' acidità, la buccia del limone e la componente esotica-zuccherina. Conferma il Petit Manseng come uno dei vitigni bianchi più promettenti del sud della Francia.
  Grande vino dalla bevibilità prodigiosa, al prezzo delle patate.

  April 7, 2013 - Intense golden color with slight hints of orange. Very complex aromas of herbs, orange peel, ripe exotic fruit and well integrated oak seasoning. The tertiary aromas of honey and rancio are giving the wine extra dimension and character. On the palate the wine is powerful and packed with aromas. Great acidity and structure add to the long and mouth watering finish. What a superb wine-experience this is!
