June 28, 2007 - Earthy with mild, slightly gritty tannins. A bit more fruit would have made this wine very good.

October 2, 2006 - nothing special. A little good fruit, a little tannic oak. Gets the basics right, but not much else.Still, pretty good for $15...

September 21, 2006 - Sucks for the price, definitely pales in comparison to their Primus. Woody, kinda juicy but mostly sour and dull.

June 1, 2006 - I took this bottle over to a BBQ that Chris was hosting for her birth brother from Virginia and his wife. I thought it would be a good selection with the steaks. It was a simple Cabernet, not at all big like its North American peers, but I thought it had some charm and drank well. It had moderate tannins at the finish and did compliment the meal. Not a memorable wine but a simple companion to the grilled meat.

February 25, 2006 - An acceptable quaffer. Earthy Chilean cab.
