  October 12, 2019 - Wonderful nose showing butterscotch, cream and minerals at first, and opens up showing dried fruit. Still backed up by a fresh acidity on the palate with some dried fruit and with butterscotch before the lengthy finish showing dried fruit and a hint of sherry notes in a very pleasant way.

  December 27, 2016 - Excellent and properly mature. Mumm supposedly had a bad period in 80s but this bottle was singing.

  December 22, 2012 - Bouteille en excellente condition. Bouchon collé, a cassé... Belles bulles fines mais encore présentes. Couleur or jaune soutenu. Vineux en bouche, avec du pep, sur la brioche. Belle expérience de Champagne à maturité pour 3 personnes, les 3 autres n'ont pas aimé...

  March 23, 2006 - Lovely golden colour with very few visible bubbles. On the nose there was no mistaking this for anything other than mature champagne. Walnuts, milk chocolate, cream and fudge came to mind.
  The same goes for the palate, mik chocolate and nuts, but also sweet apples. The acidity is still very present and acts as nice counterpart to the otherwise sweet characteristics. A long dry aftertaste. More powerful than elegant but who cares?
