May 19, 2013 - classic rioja, light bouquet, light taste with little after taste, not a juicy wine and the tannins are firm but matches well with soft cheese for me

March 17, 2013 - While reportedly past its peak, I enjoyed its gritty but light tannins. complimented the pork chops well. Light bouquet and short taste.

October 23, 2011 - Quite a different experience from my last bottle- tonight I'm getting meat, wet earth and a hint of sour cherry on the nose. The palate is quite sour, with notes of sour cherry, cranberry, and a small dose of cedar towards the end. I'll see how the acidity does with some food, on its own it's a bit overwhelming, yet mouthwatering.
