    September 27, 2023 - Showing a bit of age but still completely delicious.
    Dried fruit drives the profile with some pruney notes in the background.
    Tannin is still prevalent with med acidity and med weight.
    In this particular bottle, the fruit seems to be fading. Drink now and ovet the next 5-10 years.

    April 30, 2023 - Better than my last bottle which fell completely flat, this one could be finished and reasonably enjoyed. but still a wine that peaked at a wonderful level in its first 25+ years and is on the downslope. Avoid this and buy the 00 which is in great shape

    March 8, 2023 - back in the bottle after decanting for 30 minutes, and drank about 1½ hours after decanting. Very minty, smoky, very soft on the palate and almost a little flat. Definitely on the downhill slide.
