December 11, 2021 - Mini Grapemates Christmas Party 2021: Corked.

November 3, 2019 - Nice mature notes of cassis, wet autumn leaves, leather on the nose. Reminds of a mature bordeaux. On the palate smooth, medium bodied with mostly mature red fruits, leather. Very tasty but drink up!

January 2, 2017 - Fortfarande kraftig och m lång eftersmak. läder, björnbär, sv vinbär, (mörka bär), kaffe. Bör inte lagras längre

  • m-gillet Likes this wine:

    November 8, 2015 - Contexte: Dimsum with jean-Paul Dumont.
    Vin: Souplesse
Ressemble à un Bordeaux en raison des cépages (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc).

March 14, 2015 - Drunk from magnum after a brief decant in the afternoon to remove sediment prior to taking it to the restaurant.

Still deceptively young for a wine this old but no point in holding off any longer as this is not going to get any better.

Still red fruit on the nose with a touch of eucalyptus. Medium body and length. Fully integrated tannins.
