  February 25, 2018 - Slight haze, deep garnet with some brick to the edge and translucent. Smells are dill, peppery notes, stems, smoke, and earthy notes. Tastes are cherry, earth, dill, tea, and cranberry. Tannins are satin like with thin texture with a modest finish.

  October 12, 2016 - Slight haze, nearly opaque, garnet with hints of brick to rim. The aromas are vegetal, currants, dark cherry, tea, anise, coffee, hints of cacao, Tastes are tea, sour cherry, dry leaves, stone, and earth. Dry finish thin tannins and moderate length finish.

  Garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of roasted meat, leather, black berries and black cherries. Flavors of black berries, black raspberries and black cherries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, medium to full bodied. Drink or hold.

  May 4, 2016 - Clear garnet color with a very slight haze but very good clarity. The smells are raspberry, strawberry, cherry, cinnamon, and some vegetal notes. The tastes are cherry, cinnamon, earth, stone, strawberry, and hints of black olive. The acidity is good and the finish is sour and delicious
