September 30, 2019 - - Ruby color with slow forming legs and aromas of smokey, bacon, cherry and cedar. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry and strawberry with a medium body. Round texture with a long finish - Decanted 90 minutes. Smoked meats on the nose. The wine is showing well now, but needs decant.
