August 2, 2011 - Quite an advanced colour. Rich, deep smell, plenty of wood, a hint of cocoa. The taste is good, but not exceptional - I feel the acidity is too high, but otherwise it's a fine example of this grape. Quite drinkable, but don't pay full price. July 1, 2010 - As before really beautiful. Easy drinking without being uninteresting. Buckets of fruit on the nose which are sweet and just don't get boring. Nice weight and taste in the mouth, continuing the fruitiness. Decent finish too. Great everyday and go to wine if you're a pinot noir fan.

April 26, 2010 - Surprisingly deep colour, intial morello scent not very persistent. Very good slender palate, more acidic than sweet, with smooth tannins and 13,5% alcohol in perfect balance. Short unmemorable finish. An excellent value for 11 GB pounds- If only more entry level burgundy had this level of quality! 87P(+)

March 13, 2010 - Deep red colour with fruity and fresh smell. Peppery and fruity combined taste with plenty of body. Very Burgundy style wine that was thoroughly enjoyable. Great value and highly recommended.
