May 1, 2005 - Open and drank from the bottled. Nice deep garnet in color, mushroom and olives dominated the nose which were met with bright cherry flavors upon initially tasting the wine. Some spice to the fruit and tannins that indicate the wine could (and should) stand some more time in the cellar. Not bad drinking now but I expect it to improve.
