November 14, 2020 - Wanted decanting for 45-60 minutes, then an excellent, character rich wine.

June 25, 2015 - Nose is closed, but the palate has a friendly dose of vanilla, sweet pepper and oak. An honest crowd pleaser.

February 14, 2014 - Sold under the Fortnum and Mason own label. Youthful. Nose is fresh and fruity, the palate is similiar with sweet blackberry on the attack and then a slightly sour, bruised dark fruit finish. Not a lot of complexity given price but decent.

October 21, 2013 - I am not really excited by this wine. A very average Bordeaux. J made a great pigeon Clamart and it deserved a far better wine than this. What am i going to do with the other 5 bottles ?

October 7, 2013 - Not much to get excited about here. Average depth and clarity, mild aromas of strawberries and perhaps a hint of tobacco on the palate. Medium to full bodied. Rather chewy tannins and average finish. Still a decent value and a good second wine to pair with the pizza. Drink now
