January 2, 2019 - Always one of my favorite wines from Mounier. This bottle might have been a touch off w a poorly sealed cork. A hint of meatiness and animal and va so at odds w mounier’s style. Over time it actually improved as the underlying quality tried to come out.

January 21, 2018 - Extremely delicate red berry fruit. Airy, layered, lifted florality with the faintest dusting of spice. Lazer sharp palate entry, weightless, intense, very fresh and long. Marvellous!

Nose: exotic perfumey red cherries, savory, earthly & smoky after 2 hours, lovely
Palate: good length & power, full bodied, complex & delicious, will age and get better, masculine, this is excellent wine
