May 8, 2015 - Muted black fruits on the nose, medium to slightly light bodied with average fruit and only light tannins. Some stony minerals on the finish, only a hint of pepper. Overall, a low energy bottle.
April 24, 2015 - Nous avons attendu près de 4 ans avant d'ouvrir cette bouteille et nous l'avons servi en apéro avec des salaisons et charcuteries.C'était franchement bon pour 31$. Rien pour tomber en bas de sa chaise mais c'était très équilibré, belle longueur, tanins fondus...vraiment agréable La bouteille s'est vidée rapidement. Pas de doute que le temps lui a fait du bien.
September 16, 2014 - Ready to drink. Not great but pleasant. A bit to much (unbalanced) acidity... goes well with food.
October 13, 2012 - There is not enough fruit aroma present, but what is there is appropriately pleasing and c/w the darker red fruits. The mouth feel is well rounded with a some tartness and a medium finish.
August 12, 2012 - Cherry coloured. Tight nose packed with red and black fruits with faint herbal elements developing after an hour. Full bodied with very noticeable tannins. Tight fruit bomb palate which very slowly blossomed over dinner. Recommend decanting for a few hours or leave it in the cellar for a few years.
August 10, 2012 - Spicy, smooth, yet still a bit young and unblended. Second bottle of same had deeper Mouvedre flavor and more integrated.
August 8, 2012 - Demie-bouteille. Robe à la teinte ruby, nez aromatique sur l'alcool, l'iode, la confiture de fraise, la cerise de marasquin et les épices. Bouche brûlante, tanins larges, sur une finale de fruits rouges. L'alcool à 14,5% est trop prédominante. Manque d'harmonie.
