March 6, 2015 - A barrel selection of 60% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah. Deep in colour. Blackcurrant nose. Savoury, earthy palate with well integrate oak. Very enjoyable.

July 14, 2012 - Decanted 3 hours and consumed over 8 hours. A bit closed up until hour 4, but really spread its wings in the 4-8 hour window. Good acidic balance and strong concentration on both nose and palate. Ripe plum with a well integrated backbone of tannins, supporting some powerful secondary notes of baking spice, menthol; as well as some distant earthy/dirt elements. As good as this is now, I suspect that with the rock-solid core of concentration that this will likely continue to improve into its peak window beginning 2013 and likely continuing into 2018. Paid $45; and should be considered a great value in the $45 - $60 range.

September 22, 2011 - The wine is big and powerful, wonderfully smooth, well balanced with a really long lingering finish.

June 30, 2010 - Excellent. Easily the best I have had from Argentina.
