March 31, 2021 - Open side by side with a bottle of white Rayas ChDP. Cork with some mold on the outside. Glossy though diluted golden colour. Aromatically metallic, floral and stony memories appear. Also anises and bone fruit. A complex wine at the same time elegant and aristocratic. Decadent but never excessive. Notes that remain remarked in the brain. Immense. The palate stands out for its balance where each element seems to perform a dance in perfect harmony. Tamed acidity, silky density; a tasty and wide wine, slightly saline (mineral) and with an overwhelming length. I do not find any edge. Although at the moment I do not know if it is already his son who takes care of the winery, with bottles how this is understood that the jerifaltes of the Burgundian lodge want to promote it to GC category. From my illiterate point of view it certainly deserves it. Sublime bottle, infinite. Thanks again Borja.

No encuentro arista alguna. Sublime botella, infinita. Gracias de nuevo Borja.

November 2, 2019 - Broad palate but less energy than some recent bottles. Good length on the finish.

September 25, 2019 - Kuki'o Wine Trip 2019; 9/22/2019-9/28/2019 (Champagne & Bordeaux): Sensational nose that has clean and pure white and light yellow apple fruit in addition to the classic Coche reductive and smoky character, which is certainly still present, but which is considerably more elegant than Rougets or even Caillerets. Searingly long and piercing palate. Effortlessly weightless while packing in heaps of flavour. You could stretch this bottle over an entire day there is so much in every sip. Off a wine list for €800.

August 9, 2019 - Start was promising but with air this just got clunkier and more oxidized... argh.
