June 9, 2023 - no pre mox which was a nice surprise. Color was golden but not concerning at all. At first taste the wine tasted fine with hints of orchard fruit. With more air it didn't pick up the weight I expected. I would drink it up.

July 15, 2022 - 94 Dark gold straw, color tells its age. Very well balanced with great energy still. Creamy, oaky, mineral lifting nose. Smooth, a bit oily. Apple pie, citrus, musk beautifully nit together. Excellent!

February 20, 2022 - Ramonet and Rousseau Dinner with Friends (Andros Taverna): Mostly ripe orchard fruit with some apple tart and butterscotch hints, wonderfully supporting with uplifting textures. Simply great balance, good+ length and density. Great freshness for its age, while also allowing the complex nuances of maturity to start emerging. Served blind to the group (after 2016, 2019), everybody thought this much younger than its actual age.

July 18, 2019 - nose was OK however taste was oxidized and color a tad too dark

February 26, 2019 - Terlato Great Burgundy Producer Dinner (Tangley Oaks - Lake Bluff IL): From magnum, and everything is better in magnum. Impressively concentrated (Grand Cru density to me) and much fresher vs 750s over the past few years. Ripe throughout with earth and unfolding complexity as it improved further in glass.
