December 27, 2017 - Good example of a mature cabernet. There is nice fruit with blackberry, plum, tobacco. The tannins are smooth and silky, and the acidity sits in the background. The balance is very good. Having said that its not going to get better than this, so enjoy a bottle now.

October 3, 2017 - Auction purchase, cork had done its job well.
Opened around 3 hours prior to consumption & decanted one hour before.
Dark, rich, tannins have receded.
Blackcurrant, olives, leather.
In a good place. -

July 14, 2017 - Drank over 3 hours, started out cassis, eucalyptus, fruit hidden within the oak, but as time went on this monster delivered tons of dark plums, currants and beautifully integrated oak, keeping the eucalyptus asa a nice secondary. Magnificent wine that kept evolving different flavors on each sip. Drink now with a decant or another 5+ years
