April 15, 2023 - Magnum. Honeyed, rich, fat, not the most chiseled CC. 92

January 30, 2021 - scents of honey and a hint of toast. Over aeration the almond will dominate.
In the mouth, it is powerful, but precise. The attack is honeyed, the juice invades and lines the palate. It is structured with an acid frame that tends the wine, avoiding any heaviness in view of its amplitude. The balance carries the wine to an intense finish with a dominant honey that prolongs the pleasure.

November 19, 2020 - Bottle was a bit oxidized. Not so bad that it couldn’t be drunk but definitely over the hill. Roasted apple and oxidize notes on the nose and somewhat metallic mouth feel. In a way still enjoyable but not what it could have been. Too bad but still interesting. Drank agains the 2005 which was spot on.

August 19, 2020 - Tasted next to the 1999 Jadot Corton-Charlemagne. Very pretty nose of lemon/citrus, which is surprisingly young and light. Fresh still with ample acidity and flavors of lime and almonds on the palate. Great finish. Both wines were very good, but the Jadot had a bit more of everything.

July 21, 2020 - 11th of 12, opened 30 minutes, perfect level, half soaked cork - waxy yellow, bright; slightly honeyed, some citrus, bit tropical, tad monolithic; medium, decent length and persistence, not enough citric zip to bring into proper balance so a bit heavy and dull, but I preferred this to Sunday's boring L Latour 02 and this is the first not obviously poxed bottle from this case, can't see this improving but enough bant to stay at this level for some years. G (15).....NB OXI risk in this vintage!!!!
