    October 27, 2017 - St. John's Meeting Place Dinner & Bottle Share: light ruby/prominent sous bois, mushrooms, dried cherries/still with impressive fine grained tannins, sharp acidity, red fruit, minerality/a lovely single vineyard bargain in Burgundy

    July 27, 2016 - Very similar to my last bottle but with more/fresher acidity. Excellent pairing with grilled chicken kabobs.

    July 18, 2016 - I love the freshness of 2008. And there is enough secondary character developing to add richness, texture, and savory nuance. Will not appeal to all, but I adore the style of this wine especially with bottle age.

    June 4, 2016 - Definitely better than my prior bottles. The nose now has become very tertiary with light sous bois, mushroom, dried cherry, and wet limestone. The palate is more balanced as the acidity has softened a touch and it is quite pleasurable. I don't see this improving so I'd drink it in the next year or so.
