June 22, 2021 - Drinking well to my tastes. Nice fruit with some secondary characteristics

May 7, 2021 - Very low acidity, a lot of astringent tannins and no more fruits.

It’s over for this wine. If you haven’t drink it yet, do it now

    November 15, 2020 - 🏅 Rating 88+/100 (3,85⭐)

Opaque dark colour. Seems unfiltered. Evident wood. Chocolate.

Dark fruit, mostly blackberry. Fruit is overripe and sweet, feels cooked. With time in glass reveals more vegetable tones, with touch of mint.
Wine is at its peak now and I don't think it will improve with time.

Tannins are sandy, finely grained, not aggressive. Finish is short. Leaves muted impression.

    Blend: 2/3 Merlot, 20% CabSauv, 5% CabFranc.

It is situated in the western zone of the Entre-Deux-Mers. To the south of the parish of Saint-Loubès, the topography varies between 22 meters and 42 meters in altitude.

On the opposite from Pomerol and St.Emillion side of Libourne.

    July 12, 2020 - Tasted over 3 hrs
-nearly opaque slightly murky dark red violet
-pure essence of cassis right out of the gate then a bit of earthy boysenberry and plum emerges without any overt mature elements
-med acidity, med weight soft mouthfeel almost lush with mostly faded boysenberry plum fruit remnants give some fruit to the mostly earth-laden mid-palate, faint licorice and med/med- tannins carry the average length finish
-pretty nose while the palate is fading, seems like perhaps it could become more interesting if it picks up mature elements but not sure the structure will allow it so my guess is this is best to drink sooner rather than later

September 27, 2019 - Great QPR. Terrific graphite, minerality and dark fruits on the nose. Tannic, mineral and blackberry on the palate. Lingering finish. This wine outperforms.
