March 31, 2017 - Very top shoulder fill. Soaked cork. Golden color. Apricot, stewed peach marmalade, yellow raisins and because this is at the end of its long drinking window, just a hint of vinegar on the finish. A pretty hefty amount of botrys still. Extra point for longevity. Best bottles will see 50.

November 15, 2015 - Pizza wines: Interesting nose of eucalyptus, nettle, herbs and classical botrytis. Excellent balance of sweetness and accidity, very long taste of dried white fruits. Accidity in this bottle was high and let it live until these days. Lively, doesn't seem to decline.
