February 22, 2020 - Excellent bottle. Still young but entering peak. Plenty of fine tannins to cellar for another 5+ years, but ready for business now with a short decant

December 22, 2019 - Served at Holiday party. No tasting notes but certainly no complaints.

October 18, 2019 - I like this. So far my 09 Bordeaux have been really well made, but perhaps a little predictable. This wine is certainly well made and in addition, has a character that is more in line with my preferences. Blackcurrant, clove, tobacco, dark plum, brambles. Medium bodied with decent length. It has more acidity than most of the 09s I have had so far. Has a long life ahead of it.

March 17, 2019 - Dark colour, fruitful nose of plum, violets, graphite and leather.
At the very begining of a secondary journey, the tannins remain medium to firm but are integrating well, the acid remains fresh and clean but the flavour is fairly full with plums, berries, violet notes, graphite and a touch of leather. The finish is medium.

    July 25, 2018 - Medium garnet
Medium+ intensity, aromas of plums, black cherry, cocoa, graphite and leather.
firm medium+ tannins, medium+ acidity, high alcohol, full body, medium+ intensity flavours of plums, graphite and leather. Medium finish.
Very good wine, well integrated tannins, deep concentrated fruit starting to turn to tertiary. Finish is a bit short.
