August 1, 2017 - Fabulous wine in a fabulous place. This is concentrated generous fruit, complex earth, leather , truffle , herbal notes , great finish.

August 4, 2014 - A wild mare of a wine, with rustic notes like cigar box and umami. The palate is softer and sensual, with dark chocolate raspberry notes. Slight lingering sweetness. Good length and minerality. It's a good wine, not great. I think the rustic notes overshadow the fruit more than I would like.
