Community Tasting Notes 2

March 19, 2011 - Nose of plum with coffee, cacao nibs and chocolate as it breaths more and more. Flavors continue on the palate in a pleasant rich way. Medium-full bodied wine with juicy tannic structure. Had it with pasta, sausage and red sauce, which was basically a perfect pairing.

February 3, 2011 - Dark jammy fruits up front on the nose. Soft and creamy mouthfeel with nice concentrated flavors. Long delicious finish that peels away in layers, and just a brush of nice round tannins. Excellent.
