April 23, 2020 - Donated from a friends cellar lost bottles culling. Considering this 11 yr old cheap Argentine Malbec is way over the hill it delivered as a "drinkable wine". Kinda fun to experiment with these lost souls to see if they survived. Nothing to write about but pretty decent considering. Also got a 10' vintage of it. Will see how that turns out.

April 2, 2013 - - It's balanced with a medium/full body. Round texture - Smooth, burger complement. Not complex, but nothing wrong here. Compare to Super Tuscan.

Typical Argentinian wine, a strong malbec... Cheap and good.

June 12, 2011 - im fairly sure this was a 2009. juicy, fruit forward malbec, with blackberry and black cherry aromas and flavors. vanilla/caramel aromas, maybe some licorice. great acid and good tannin balance. nice red for burgers and grilled food.

March 27, 2011 - Blackberry and blueberry flavors with a hint of anise. Better complimenting a grilled steak or in this case, chorizo hamburgers with a thick slice of sharp cheddar.

February 14, 2011 - Strawberry, raspberry, touch white pepper; soft fleshy mouth, light spice adds character; good finish, clean, very fruity at the back end, vibrant finish. Tasty red.
