May 2, 2015 - Color has darkened to green gold,; wine has lost vibrancy although perfectly drinkable.

February 25, 2014 - Intense yellow/orange in colour. Expressive nose, creamy oak, butterscotch, ripe, sweet fruit, lovely. Slightly tired fruit on the palate with good acidity and medium length. Drink up, this is past its peak.

June 30, 2012 - Amber in color. Lemon, citrus, and pear on palate. A little vanilla on the nose but not much else.
Wish we would have opened this a year ago.

April 18, 2012 - i keep opening my "past their prime" bottles thinking i'll wind up dumping it, but they keep surprising me.
nose filled with fig, honey, lemon rind, caramel, and vanilla - really nice.
on the palate not as pretty as the nose, but ok, with lemon rind, and butterscotch and a medium long finish. i regret not opening this a few years ago.

July 19, 2009 - A very nice elegant golden straw color. Lacking the fruit it once had making way for the oak, vanilla, and toasty flavors.

June 17, 2004 - Paired with halibut. On inspection a medium hue golden color, the nose teases with hints of vanilla and fig. The body continues the vanilla and fig while adding pear, hazelnut, and orange. The finish is pleasingly delicate. The oak in this wine was overwhelming upon initial opening, but over the course of thirty minutes faded into the texture of the wine - A good, but not great chardonnay.
