  January 22, 2014 - Very nice color, complex and interesting nose with a trace of mint. Medium-bodied with very soft tannins; quite a bit of dark fruit, and just a bit of oak. Not overly complex and doesn't have much depth, but finishes smooth. A bit of heat on the palate, but this doesn't distract. Basically, an easy drinking, tasty wine that doesn't ring any bells, but doesn't disappoint. Probably at its peak right now.
