November 29, 2019 - Very good. Lots of tasty fruit, but not over the top. Did not taste much in the way of savory stuff. High alcohol but not really that hot or noticeable. Went well with Thanksgiving food. PNP, did not need decant although possibly would have possibly picked up non-fruit tastes.

October 12, 2018 - Drinking very well now. Plenty of fruit left, but not overly concentrated. Some meaty notes and good acidity gives it something of a cool climate Syrah character. Probably still has a few good years left.

January 30, 2017 - WOTN. John's house with usual wine group. Not many had Paso Robles. EtoH 16.1% and wine was a full meal deal. Actually could taste the dark fruit. Very inky. Very good (if you can handle the EtoH). Only bottle that was drained to the bottom. Still with years.
