April 6, 2024 - From previous reviews, it sounds like this had a dumb phase about 10 years ago, but well-stored examples drink very well right now.

Dried porcini mushrooms, over ripe raspberries, over ripe red cherries, dried leaves, dirt and mint on the nose. Medium + intensity of aromas. The palate adds cinnamon, anise, smoked meat, tomato leaf, tarragon and green bell pepper. Super fruity given the age - especially on the finish, which tastes like cherry compote. Medium + intensity of flavors. Overall very much Bordeaux-like, though with a tad more over ripe red fruit.

Medium + body, low acid and the faintest medium - tannin still kicking around.

July 31, 2023 - dark ruby, nice core of dark fruits, blackberry, currants, leather, cedar, integrated tannins, long finish, drank blind with group, all agreed this was excellent

July 25, 2015 - Well past its prime. I usually enjoy a well aged wine. However this wine is on its way to vinegar taste & smell wise.

May 23, 2014 - Drink now if you have it. Way past it's peak. Decent color, with minimal depth.
