  January 21, 2023 - (Disgorged in April 2006, 71% Pinot Noir, 9% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay with added Bouzy red wine, dosage 9 gr/L)
  Lovely copper red colour with gentle streams with fine bubbles and a mature nose showing warm and candied red berries and coffee at first, and opens up with cream and dark chocolate and some hints of gunpowder in a delicious way. Intense and fruitful palate still showing a pleasant raspberry acidity before the creaminess takes over on the mid and with a strawberry sweetness taking over on the nice and lengthy finish. This has had a wonderful evolution, but still showing lots of potential for the future.. it will be a delight to follow!

  October 30, 2020 - Sehr smoothe Angelegenheit, bestens integriertes, fast sämiges Mousseux, überreife Erdbeeren, Rosenblätter, dezentes Parfum. Leider aber auch ein ganz leichter Korkton im Hintergrund. Die zweite Flasche wird bald zeigen, ob das der Lagerung geschuldet oder ein systemimmanentes Problem war.

  December 20, 2019 - 2019 Family Xmas; 12/20/2019-12/25/2019 (Alicante - España): Aromas of rotten roses and raspberries. Artificial even. There's not complexity at all.
  Just a tight line of acidity on the palate, a watery texture and an abrupt finish. Pitifully this bottle was out of the road. I wish it was only oxidised. Apparently I am not the only one here.
  
  Aromas podridos a rosas y frambuesas. Incluso artificiales. No hay una mínima complejidad. Solo una delgada línea de acidez al paladar, una textura acuosa y un final abrupto. Lastimosamente está fuera de sitio. Hubiera deseado que sólo estuviese oxidada. Aparentemente no soy el único aquí.

  August 19, 2018 - At a perfect age for my taste. very smooth and subtle. strawberry and raspberry sit on the palate.
