October 18, 2018 - Deep in color, but no showing of age. Dark berry fruit, blackberries, blood, black pepper and some warm soil on the nose.
Medium body, black fruit very straight forward and it's held up quite nice. For my personal preference this is at the end of it's dw now. I don't see this going much longer, so best to enjoy now. -

August 3, 2013 - Have found that you can push Truchard Syrah out a couple of years and you usually are rewarded with a great bottle. Agree with the others to let it sit for a couple of hours before drinking.
