August 1, 2011 - Modern and oaky. Dark, grapey and soft. Alcohol out of balanace.

February 17, 2011 - Once some of the wood blows off, it's some pretty fruit. But at first, yech.

February 12, 2011 - Inky dark purple-black in color with aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, bacon, eucalyptus and green olive. Ripe black raspberry fruit flavors with kirsch and white pepper finishing with moderate tannins, good acidity and a nice mineral streak. Delicious and completely unexpected at less than $10 a bottle.

January 2, 2011 - After about ten minutes this opens up nicely. Hints of cedar and cranberry. I didn't get what the below taster did, this seemed good for the money, 12 dollars.

December 7, 2010 - This has no fruit and is the most awful tasting wood I have come across. The colors not bad if you just want to display it.
