August 28, 2023 - The color was pale gold, with lovely floral nose, silky palate with honey sweet aftertaste.

February 23, 2023 - Honeysuckle and guava on the nose. Rich and creamy mouthfeel. Like a dry d’yquem that is better than their Y. Really a remarkable white. Only thing was I was excited to try with oysters and maybe didn’t have the acidity to stand up to the mignonette? Clashed with it a bit…but spectacular anyway

December 25, 2022 - This wine continues to impress, bold notes of citrus and pineapple along with minerals and honeysuckle. Great mouthfeel with long finish. Just a great white Bordeaux. Paired with grilled Chilean sea bass with lemon burr blanc sauce.

November 25, 2022 - Had to open two bottles as the first was premoxed. The good bottle, however, was magnificent. Opulent, heavy wine, high alcohol content but with good balance. The nose is expressive, I gathered notes of mango and passionfruit. And with the high semillon content, the finish is fat and long. Still drinking well, perhaps at its peak at the moment. It is really unfortunate that half the bottles are probably premoxed at this point but when you do get a good bottle, this wine sings beautifully.

July 2, 2022 - This wine continues to drink beautifully with notes of citrus, pineapple, honeysuckle with hint of minerals. Paired with King crab legs.
