  June 2, 2013 - Reaffirming me that oldies is what I love. Also teens of course but the texture and complexity of this kind of bottles haven't any rival.
  Firm, clear cherry colour for a timid nose of white truffles, liquorice and black fruits.
  Clean tannins, watery mouthfeel of an earthy, smoky palate.
  Any sediment at all.
  Perfect for a veggie paella, the real thing
  By the way Anton, this was the bottle of the pack.
  
  Reafirmándome en que las ancianitas son lo que me gusta. Por supuesto también las jovencitas pego la textura y complejidad de esta clase de botellas no tiene rival.
  Color firme, de cereza transparente para una nariz tímida a trufas blancas, regaliz de palo y frutas negras.
  Taninos limpios, sensación en boca acuosa de paladar terroso, ahumado.
  Sin sedimentos de ningun tipo.
  Perfecta para una paella de verduras, la de verdad.
  Por cierto Antón, esta era la botella buena...
