April 19, 2021 - Nose: 89, Palate: 88-89. Tasted blind and featured as a 'ringer' in a line-up of Pahlmeyer Reds & Merlot wines. This came out as less complex when compared to its big brothers, but still an excellent wine.

July 4, 2020 - Much better in its heyday. This one is declining. Drink up!

September 12, 2019 - Nice wine that is easy drinking with nice fruit and subtle tannins. Don’t see this improving any so would drink in the next few years

March 20, 2017 - Drank over two nights

    Dark luscious garnet, full bodied
Tons of dark fruit still present. Faint vanilla and oak. Allspice, pencil lead
Dry, more tannin then i would have guessed. Lots of cassis, dark fruit.
Medium plus finish, nice minerality. Wet gravel.

Wine is drinking at its peak. I would drink the rest of this vintage over the coming year.

March 5, 2017 - Drinking great straight out of the bottle. Perfectly balanced, dark berry notes, smooth finish with a touch of sweetness versus dry tannins. Fantastic bottle drinking very well now.
