  July 19, 2010 - Showed a beautiful bouquet of peach, white flowers, vanilla and a bit of lemon. The palate showed flavors of honeydew melon, pear and wet stone with a hint of grass that carried into the fresh citrus finish. This wine is a pleasure to drink; as it’s brisk acidity keeps your palate perfectly tuned for another sip or a bite of fresh vegetables, fish or seafood.

  March 31, 2010 - A blend of tocai friulano 44%, ribolla gialla 29% and chardonnay 27%. A very light white gold color in the glass showing aromas of lime, white flowers and almond. This wine smells like a fresh spring breeze. On the palate you find grapefruit, stone and almond skins with a zing of acidity that really makes your mouth water.
