June 11, 2023 - There was a little more alcohol to this bottle but otherwise lots of white flowers and nice salinity. Just not as balanced as some of the other chapoutier Blanca I have had.

July 1, 2022 - Double decanted for 30 min, deep gold, unctuous honey with stone fruit; delicious, but less opulent than previous bottles, drink or hold

April 3, 2022 - SO'd for an hour deep gold, unctuous honey with stone fruit; outstanding, drink or hold (held up over 3 days - likely long life ahead)

September 12, 2021 - Had in on Sunday afternoon at The Breakers in WPB. It's the second bottle we had of this wine, the first time we thought we over decant it so now was just a PnP.

The wine is clear, medium body, refreshing but nothing great or memorable, maybe we don't understand it but to me is over rated and not worth the price.

July 6, 2021 - Oh my. I might have to redefine my rating of whites after this one. Honeycomb, melon on the nose. Still great acidity, some spice on the end, honey, cantaloupe, chamomile, butter, almonds… wow.

January 11, 2020 - Date night @ Park90: Lemon, citrus, white flowers, white peaches, limestone, minerals. Nice warm finish. Structured and vibrant. Paired well with fried hokkien prawn mee

November 27, 2019 - Golden hue - huge mouth feel - complexity beyond my ability to express - but stone fruits and honey suckle with enough acidity for balance - unctuous with a super long finish. Drinking well now but should last ages.

Went well with the garlic butter lump crab noodles I had made for dinner.

May 27, 2017 - Quite a treat. But, I don't think this one was really ready to go yet despite the rounded edges. This wine had a lot of acidity towards the back, letting the fruit fully express itself on the front. The wine was mango, melon, and a hint of peach. Supple mouthfeel. Lots and lots of density to this wine, and I can only imagine what another 3-4 years will do for it. But guaranteed this wine isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Has at least another 10-20 years of life left in it. Quite a good wine.
