August 1, 2023 - Son’s 34th Palmer, Penfolds, Yquem (Our backyard): Darker rose color, good palate feel, minimal bubbles in the glass but more on the palate. Drink up.

Nose: strawberry, sourdough, chalk, brioche, toasted nuts, dried peach
Palate: nutmeg, toasted nuts, brioche, sour peach

July 18, 2021 - Beautiful wine. Orange in color with tangerine, bread, biscuits but with an overall pungent note wrapping it all together. Loads of acidity and decent moose. Super long finish. Lasts about a minute or two. Later developed more of a dry orange peel and toast aftertaste. Great experience. Fantastic Champagne. Drink now.

August 26, 2020 - Light rose gold color with somewhat sparse minuscule bubbles. Watermelon and faint nectarine on the nose. Somewhat oxidized but not to distraction. Strong minerals with peach pit and nectarine with a touch of dried apricots. An elegant aged lady.
