I have not tasted a champagne quite like this before or since. The sweetness centre pallette vs the ginger flavour on the side pallette is hard to match.

June 15, 2011 - Fresh, crisp citrus notes, a truly distinctive champagne! Hint of ginger both on nose and pallette, if you havent tried it well worth a taste.

December 31, 2010 - New Years Eve 2010/2011 (@Home): Light colored. Lots of pears, lemon and some toffee sweetness. Not really complex or great (very young) but pleasing and ok...

June 26, 2010 - Strong nose of toffee. In the mouth, surprisingly rich, yet focused -- toffee, buttered popcorn, and light lemony notes. Excellent.
