November 10, 2011 - Clear cherry red with dark core and light watery edges as well as medium viscosity. Rather tight nose with not much elegance, morello cherries, some wood, fresh peas and dark cocoa - a slightly wild combination. On the palate, it's also quite tight with rustic tannins and only a light to medium body as well as sharp acidity. Lots of morello cherries in the finish. For a Bourgogne AC, this is ok.
