February 26, 2024 - It has revived. I know it's a contrary view but this bottle suggests that at least the 2009 Fleurie from Jean-Paul Brun may need time. Even better on day two. The plush fruit is still there but never cloying or overwhelming. Light on its feet despite the ripeness of the vintage.

December 1, 2023 - Tastes very savory, and beefy. Lighter on the palate but huge flavors. NOt sure I like those huge flavors say.

January 20, 2023 - The fruit profile is quite ripe, almost raisined berries, bu the fruit has taken a backseat to the earthy tannin, which makes for an odd combo -- the parts don't quite fit together. Not sure this is going anywhere interesting.

December 16, 2022 - Popped and poured. Great berry flavor. Drinking very well right now.

August 20, 2022 - Still plenty of life, but ready to go with a short decant. These 2009 Bojos are definitely in their drinking window.
