August 21, 2018 - Drinking very well but I wouldn't wait much longer than another year. Upon opening, it was clear that this is a 10 year old wine with some bricking around the edge. After some in decanter, the maturity of this wine became apparent and very enjoyable. The "false" impression of sweetness, as one sometimes gets in a Zinfandel, gives way to full bodies depth and a nice finish.

August 13, 2016 - Elegent blend, really good value for money. Love the tannins giving this wine a fine structure. Still fruity and should last another few years.

August 17, 2013 - This doesn't pretend to be an old-world bordeaux blend: no earth, no forest floor, no brett. But it's not heavy and over-the-top like some Aussie reds. This showed restrained fruit, was polished and fun to drink.

May 14, 2013 - Consistent with my previous notes. A ripe, juicy Barossa fruit bomb - but with unusual polish and finesse. Shows some intriguing Old World character beneath all the fruit. A touch of Tuscan spiciness and a chalky, Rhone-like minerality give this lots of personality. A bit on the sweet side, but very enjoyable.
