December 2, 2011 - Smoke and fruit aromas, palate show nice clear crystalline cranberry and cherry fruit. Drinking beautifully right now for $15.99. I'd say at it's peak right now.

February 18, 2011 - Scent of ash. The most distinct toasted oak/charcoal tastes I've ever noted in a wine, follow through on the finish. With air, yellow plum fruit emerges.

December 21, 2009 - Light in vbody, bubble gum strawberry and dare I say watermelon on the palate...simple but fun and tasty wine...I would definitely buy again...

November 23, 2009 - popped and poured. Very light wine, red fruit predominantly strawberry, soft, hint of sweetness, maybe some strawberry cotton candy like but in a good way. This wine was a very refreshing red. Not complex, but very good at what it was trying to do. I really liked it for everyday quaffing. This would also be a great summer red...Would buy again

November 18, 2009 - The color is typical bugundian/gamay (which I like for gamay and pinots; not deep in color). I pick up strawberry and cherry on the nose which I identified pretty easily and quickly. The strawberry/cherry flavors continue on the front palate. Mid-palate is a little thin, but still very acceptable. A silky, satisfying finish. On the finish, I pick up smokiness and a surprising apricot flavor. The apricot flavor is intriguing because I've only picked that kind of flavor profile from white wines. This is a very smooth wine. It would not be difficult to finish the entire bottle! Considering the price (@ $12) this is a very satifying wine. I'm really pleased with this wine and would highly reccomend.
