January 17, 2021 - Deep ruby in colour with aromas of almost stewed black cherries & earth.
On the palate, medium bodied black fruit/black cherries, a note of blueberry, earth, & well integrated background oak. There is medium acidity & medium soft tannins. Finish is medium to long, and this wine is not complex, but it’s balanced & the flavour is pleasant.
Definitely time to drink up, not much cellar time left. -

September 4, 2020 - Definitely ready for prime time drinking, the wine is medium-bodied, soft, refined, smoky and displays its earthy cherries and tobacco nuances with ease. Soft and round on the palate, the finish offers earthy bright red fruits, leaf and tobacco wrapper sensations in the finish. This has developed quite nicely.
