March 25, 2013 - WES - Fine White Burgundy (LSE Holborn): Straw, clear and bright. A little odd at the start on the nose with some reduction. Clearing to reveal honey notes. Touch flat on the palate, reasonable acidity low on fruit and very dry - possible bottle variation.

A vegetal nose, eventually a hint of fruit.
Tasting of age, dry, bitter, a hint of grapefruit, quite long.
