December 25, 2022 - Last bottle and lovely. Still fresh, citrus-sharp stone fruits and plenty of bubbles. A biscuity note right at the finish. A couple of decades in and the edge is just coming off the acidity. A perfect Christmas aperitif.
August 2, 2017 - From magnum it was immensely intense and with pronounced herbal aroma not unlike a DP or may be Comtes. Steely in style, very high acidity and very fresh. Rather clear and light colour and lots of bubbles.
December 25, 2016 - Dosage much less noticeable 5 years on, all the better for it.
January 1, 2010 - Still plenty of acidity and bubbles - feels quite young, but starting to develop nicely. Very much in the house style - lemon citrus fruit, touch of cream, yeasty edge. Dosage was noticeable, but came across as honey rather than sugar. This was better than expected though is not fully integrated and has a good way still to go.

June 12, 2006 - Never drink much sparkling wine and first vintage champagne so no real reference points. Bit more depth compared to other sparkling wines and very enjoyable but not sure the extra expense is worth it.
November 14, 2005 - Champagne Offline - Revenge of the Fizz (Snows - London): Dry stinky sulphur nose. Slightly rubbery palate, very poor. Not Rated.
October 31, 2004 - Champagne Tasting TN: (Tarrytown N.Y. Wine & Food Expo): Yeasty - toasty... Creamed out with a bit of drying finish.
